A fixed-scope sprint to prove whether neural speech fits your product, phone tree, or content pipeline. We produce two to four voice candidates, run a structured listening review, and deliver a recommendation memo with integration notes. Ideal for teams who need evidence before a larger rollout.

Includes a 90-minute intake call, script sample recording, latency benchmark on your target stack, and a recorded walkthrough of findings. Most pilots complete within five business days of receiving materials.

Neural speech integration

Full implementation support: prompt libraries, SSML templates, API wiring, fallback audio, and staging QA. We work alongside your developers or assign a technical producer from our Toronto studio. Deployments cover web, mobile, telephony, and kiosk environments.

We document pronunciation rules for product names, acronyms, and regulated terminology. French and English bilingual flows receive separate tuning passes — not a single model stretched across both.

Typical range: $12,000 – $45,000 CAD per project

Listening QA and model audits

Quarterly or post-release reviews that catch drift when upstream models change. Our sound directors score clarity, breath placement, emotional flatness, and sibilance across your live script set. You receive a ranked issue list with audio examples and fix priorities.

Suitable for teams who already run neural voices but lack in-house audio expertise. We can monitor vendor updates and alert you before users notice regression.

Typical range: $2,400 – $5,500 CAD per audit cycle

Retainer and partnership

Reserved monthly hours for ongoing narration updates, A/B voice tests, and executive review sessions. Retainer clients get priority booking at our Geary Avenue suites and a dedicated producer contact.

Partnership terms cover co-marketing only when both parties agree in writing. We do not white-label our studio name without a signed schedule.

What is not included by default

Music licensing, talent union fees, large-scale localization beyond Canadian English and French, and ongoing model hosting invoices from third-party vendors are quoted separately. We flag these line items during intake so your procurement team sees the full picture before sign-off.

Every service tier includes a human producer accountable for delivery. You will not be handed raw model output without review notes, pronunciation tables, or a recommended disclosure line for synthetic speech.
