Cookie Policy
Effective date: 10 July 2026 · Sound Neural AI Studio Inc.
This Cookie Policy describes how Sound Neural AI Studio Inc. ("Sound Neural AI", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on soundneuralai.pro. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember preferences, maintain security, and understand how pages are used. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session identifiers, and pixel tags. In this policy, we refer to all of these as "cookies" unless a distinction matters.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into two categories on soundneuralai.pro:
2.1 Essential cookies
Essential cookies are necessary for basic site operation and security. They may support load balancing, form protection, and remembering your cookie consent choice. Because the site cannot function properly without them, essential cookies do not require optional consent under typical Canadian practice, though we still disclose them here.
2.2 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and whether visitors arrive from referrals. We use this information to improve content and fix navigation issues. Analytics cookies are optional. They are placed only if you choose "Accept all" or enable analytics in "Customise".
3. Cookie banner and your choices
When you first visit soundneuralai.pro, a banner offers three options:
- Accept all — enables essential and analytics cookies;
- Reject all — stores only essential cookies needed for consent memory and core operation;
- Customise — opens a panel where you may allow or disallow analytics cookies independently.
Your selection is saved in your browser's local storage under the key sna_cookie_consent for six months, after which the banner will appear again so you can revisit your choice. You may clear stored preferences at any time by deleting site data in your browser settings; the banner will return on your next visit.
4. Cookies and local storage we set
| Name / key | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sna_cookie_consent | Local storage | Records Accept, Reject, or Customise choice | 6 months |
| Session identifiers | Essential cookie | Server session and security | Session |
| Analytics tags (if enabled) | Optional cookie | Aggregated visit statistics | Varies by vendor, typically 13 months max |
5. Third-party cookies
We minimize third-party tracking. If analytics vendors are enabled after consent, they may set their own cookies subject to their policies. We configure analytics, where used, to avoid collecting unnecessary personal identifiers and to aggregate reporting. We do not permit advertising remarketing pixels on soundneuralai.pro.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may affect site functionality, including the contact form and consent memory. Consult your browser's help pages for instructions on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
On mobile devices, operating-system privacy controls may limit cross-app tracking separately from browser cookies.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform Canadian legal standard requiring a specific response. We treat an explicit Reject all choice in our banner as the authoritative preference for optional analytics on this site.
8. Updates
We may revise this Cookie Policy when our technologies or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
9. Contact

10. Relationship to privacy law
Cookie data that can be linked to an identifiable individual is treated as personal information under our Privacy Policy. Aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you are used only for internal site improvement. We do not combine cookie data with client project files or voice reference archives.
